Got some news this week that required me to read and agree to the Wisconsin Statutes regarding conduct for those serving in a Governmental or Elected position here in the State.

As I was reading through these, it occurred to me that there are a lot of 'iffy' situations going on right now. It seems that even with specific rules and ethics, someone is always able to find a 'gray' area in which to bend the rules to their liking. Maybe that's how we've gotten ourselves into the situation that we are now in...
