I recently finished my formal education with the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online Division. I studied digital (graphic) design and did very well. Now I'm looking for work in graphic design or web design and development. My hometown of Williamsport, Pennsylvania has a slow economy, and I expect a rather lengthy wait to find a job here. I may someday relocate, but for now it looks like I'll need to stay here to take care of my elderly father. I use a wheelchair, and as we all know using a wheelchair presents a lot of problems finding employment.

Anyway, considering my circumstances, what's the best approach for me to find work? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
